Using the procedure outlined in Example 56, the title compound was prepared from 6-aminoisoquinoline (D97) (37 mg, 0.25 mmol) and 4-biphenylcarboxylic acid (75 mg, 0.38 mmol) as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ (ppm): 9.20 (s, 1H), 8.52 (d, 1H), 8.46 (d, 1H), 8.09 (br.s, 1H), 8.00 (m, 3H), 7.77 (d, 2H), 7.65-7.70 (m, 4H), 7.50 (t, 2H), 7.43 (t, 1H).
