A solution of the product of Example 5C (52 mg, 0.14 mmol) and the product of Example 2D (38 mg, 0.14 mmol) in toluene (12 mL) was stirred at reflux for 6 hours, cooled to 25° C. and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was triturated with ether-hexane and collected by filtration to give the title compound (65 mg, 84%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 16.66 (m, 1 H), 14.33 (s, 1 H), 8.27 (d, J=8.09 Hz, 1 H), 7.66 (m, 1 H), 7.38 (m, 10 H), 5.14 (s, 2 H), 2.35 (m, 2 H), 1.96 (m, 2 H), 1.12 (m, 4 H), 0.89 (m, 2 H), 0.70 (m, 6 H), 0.55 (m, 2H).
