A solution of Example 43E (152 mg, 0.270 mmol) in 4 M hydrochloric acid in 1,4-dioxane (3 mL) was stirred at 25° C. for 1 hour. The solution was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was triturated in diethyl ether to give 119 mg (88%) of a yellow solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ ppm 0.45 (m, 1H) 0.66 (m, 6H) 0.92 (m, 2H) 1.12 (m, 2H) 1.57 (s, 3H) 2.15 (m, 2H) 7.01 (m, 2H) 7.46 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1H) 7.54 (m, 1H) 7.77 (m, 2H) 8.16 (m, 1H) 13.57 (s, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 454 (M+H)+.
