A suspension of the product of Example 49H in water (3 mL) was treated with 0.997N sodium hydroxide solution (0.410 mL) and stirred at 25° C. for 1 hour. The solution was lyophilized to give 209 mg (74%) of a yellow solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ ppm 0.43 (m, 1H) 0.70 (s, 9H) 0.81 (m, 1H) 1.38 (s, 3H) 1.71 (m, 1H) 2.16 (m, 1H) 2.90 (s, 3H) 7.28 (m, 3H) 7.44 (m, 3H) 8.05 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 1H) 9.87 (s, 1H) 15.44 (s, 1H); MS (ESI−) m/z 530 (M−H)−.
