A mixture of Example 102A (70.4 mg, 0.132 mmol) and 0.998 M sodium hydroxide (0.133 mL, 0.132 mmol) in 3 mL water was stirred at rt for 16 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (64 mg, 87% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.46 (m, 1H) 0.68 (d, J=6.62 Hz, 3H) 0.70 (d, J=6.62 Hz, 3H) 0.79 (m, 1H) 1.19 (t, J=7.35 Hz, 3H) 1.29 (m, 1H) 1.38 (s, 3H) 1.72 (m, 1H) 2.15 (m, 1H) 3.02 (m, 2H) 7.23 (d, J=7.72 Hz, 1H) 7.31 (m, 2H) 7.44 (m, 3H) 8.04 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 1H) 9.96 (s, 1H) 15.43 (s, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 532.0 (M+H−Na)+, 549.0 (M−Na+NH4)+, (ESI−) m/z 530.0 (M−H−Na)−.
