Reaction Steps
65 mg of 1-(1-(2-(6-methoxy-3-methylbenz[d]isoxazol-7-yl)ethyl)piperidin-4-yl)-1H-indole-6-carboxamide obtained in Example 1 was dissolved in 1 ml of N,N-dimethylformamide, and then, 7.2 mg of 60% sodium hydride was added thereto. The reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 5 minutes, and 11.2 μl of methyl iodide was then added to the reaction solution. After completion of the reaction, water and ethyl acetate were added to the reaction solution, so as to separate an organic layer. The obtained organic layer was washed with a saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and then dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. After removing the drying agent by filtration, the organic layer was concentrated under a reduced pressure. The residue was purified by NH silica gel column chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate), so as to obtain 17 mg of the subject compound.
