15 ml of methanol and 10 ml of tetrahydrofuran were added to and dissolved in 486 mg of 1-(1-(2-(2-(benzyloxy)-6-methoxy-3-((methylamino)carbonyl)phenyl)ethyl)piperidin-4-yl)-1H-indole-6-carboxamide. Thereafter, 74 mg of 10% Pd—C (containing water) was added thereto, and the obtained mixture was then stirred at room temperature under hydrogen atmosphere overnight. Thereafter, Pd—C was removed by filtration, and the solvent was removed under a reduced pressure, so as to obtain 408 mg of the subject compound.
