The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using 108 mg of (2-Amino-5-fluoro-phenyl)-pyridin-4-yl-methanone and 116 mg of 4-tert-butyl-benzenesulfonyl chloride. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.25 (s, 9H), 6.98 (dd, 1H, J=8.8 Hz, 3.2 Hz), 7.30-7.38 (m, 3H), 7.43 (m, 2H), 7.62 (m, 2H), 7.80 (dd, 1H, 9.2 Hz, 4.8 Hz), 8.82 (d, 2H, 4.8 Hz), 9.82 (s, 1H). MS: m/z 413.5 (M++1).
