A stirred solution of 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzenesulfonamide (see compound 125) (660 mg; 2 mmol) was refluxed in Ac2O (25 ml; 265 mmol) over night. The reaction mixture was poured onto ice and filtered. The isolated solid was washed with Et2O. M.p. 287-289° C.
