Reaction Steps
Stir 2-chloro-6-iodo-1H-quinazolin-4-one (75 mg) and spiro[isobenzofuran-1,4′-piperidin]-3-one (100 mg) in NMP (2 mL) at 110° C. for 6 h. Cool the mixture and pour in ice-water (20 mL). After stirring for 5 min, filter the precipitate and wash with MeOH to obtain 1′-(6-iodo-1H-quinazolin-4-on-2-yl)-spiro[isobenzofuran-1,4′-piperidin]-3-one.
