The title compound is prepared in analogous fashion to Example 8 using 5-dimethylaminomethylene-4-oxo-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-cyclohepta[b]pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester and hydrazine acetate. The crude product mixture is carried into the next step without purification. Electrospray mass spectrum: m/z 246 [M+1]; 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ>13.0 (br s, 1H), 11.65 (br s, 1H), 7.49 (s, 1H), 7.20 (s, 1H), 4.25 (q, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 2.91 (m, 2H), 2.76 (m, 2H), 1.84 (m, 2H), 1.28 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H).
