Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-chloro-2-nitro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example A1) (4.00 g, 11.7 mmol), N-isobutyl-methyl-amine (1.54 g, 17.6 mmol) and triethylamine (5.73 ml, 41.1 mmol) in DMSO (30 mL) at RT according to the general procedure C. Obtained as a yellow solid (4.18 g, 91%).
