The title compound was prepared from (2-amino-5-chloro-4-methyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example J21) (257 mg, 1.0 mmol) and 3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-4-yl-phenyl)-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (Example K2) (297 mg, 1.0 mmol) according to the general procedure M. Obtained as an off-white foam (370 mg, 77%).
