Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-amino-4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example J26) (219 mg, 0.75 mmol) and 3-[3-(6-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (Example K10) (246 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to the general procedure M. Obtained as an orange foam (226 mg, 71%).
