Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-dimethylamino-2-{3-[3-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M7) (350 mg, 0.63 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (207 mg).
