Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-(cyclopropyl-methyl-amino)-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-3-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M58) (383 mg, 0.674 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (178 mg).
