Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-(methyl-propyl-amino)-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-4-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M74) (0.54 g, 0.95 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (230 mg, 54%).
