Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-dimethylamino-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyrimidin-5-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M78) (0.35 g, 0.64 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (170 mg, 62%).
