Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-chloro-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyrazin-2-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M83) (0.17 g, 0.32 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (98 mg, 74%).
