Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {4-chloro-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-2-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-5-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M98) (0.27 g, 0.51 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light brown solid (120 mg, 57%).
