Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyrazin-2-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-pyrrol-1-yl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M100) (0.37 g, 0.74 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light brown solid (170 mg, 60%).
