Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-chloro-2-{3-[3-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M111) (0.25 g, 0.44 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (167 mg, 85%).
