Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-[3-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-ethoxy-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M115) (0.52 g, 0.91 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (337 mg, 82%).
