Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-methyl-2-{3-[3-(6-methyl-pyrazin-2-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M117) (0.46 g, 0.85 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (280 mg, 80%).
