Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-chloro-4-methyl-2-{3-[3-(6-methyl-pyrazin-2-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M119) (0.39 g, 0.79 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (260 mg, 88%).
