Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-[3-(6-cyclopropyl-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M148) (334 mg, 0.524 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (201 mg, 74%).
