Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(6-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M150) (232 mg, 0.43 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (113 mg, 62%).
