Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-[3-(6-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M151) (245 mg, 0.44 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light brown solid (101 mg, 52%).
