Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-cyclopropylmethoxy-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-3-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M176) (275 mg, 0.48 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (170 mg, 78%).
