Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-ethyl-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-3-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M191) (365 mg, 0.69 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (122 mg, 43%).
