Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(6-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M192) (216 mg, 0.396 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (37 mg, 22%).
