Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-methyl-2-{3-[3-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M217) (299 mg, 0.57 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (194 mg, 83%).
