Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-2-{3-[3-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M222) (340 mg, 0.58 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light brown solid (196 mg, 72%).
