Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(2-ethyl-6-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M229) (292 mg, 0.53 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (188 mg, 81%).
