Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-chloro-2-{3-[3-(2-isopropyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M252) (0.22 g, 0.38 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (150 mg, 86%).
