Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-[3-(2-isobutyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-ethoxy-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M257) (0.30 g, 0.50 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (210 mg, 87%).
