Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(2-cyclopentyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-ethoxy-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M273) (360 mg, 0.589 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (198 mg, 68%).
