Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-methyl-2-{3-[3-(2-morpholin-4-yl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M289) (383 mg, 0.64 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (230 mg, 75%).
