Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-oxo-3-[3-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-propionylamino}-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M293) (376 mg, 0.61 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (111 mg, 33%).
