Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-[3-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-(isobutyl-methyl-amino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M303) (0.37 g, 0.60 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (262 mg, 88%).
