Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-{3-[3-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-(methyl-propyl-amino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M308) (0.41 g, 0.68 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light brown solid (267 mg, 81%).
