Isocyanatoethane (1.3 μL, 0.019 mmol) were added to a mixture of 3-[2-(4-bromo-3-fluorophenyl)imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-7-yl]methylaniline (5 mg, 0.01 mmol) and triethylamine (7.0 μL, 0.050 mmol) in acetonitrile (0.5 mL). After the reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 30 min, it was purified by RP-HPLC (pH 10) to afford the desired product (2 mg, 30%). LCMS: (M+H)=469.0/470.8.
