Following the procedure described above for the compound 90 (scheme 17) but replacing the amine 89 with the amine 95 and using 2-(2-methoxyphenyl)acetyl isothiocyanate instead of 2-phenylacetyl isothiocyanate, title compound 96 was obtained as a beige solid (6 mg, 17% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ (ppm) 12.57 (1H, s), 11.77 (1H, s), 8.53 (1H, d, J=5.48 Hz), 8.08 (1H, d, J=12.03 Hz), 8.02 (1H, s), 7.91 (1H, s), 7.76 (1H, s), 7.59-7.52 (2H, m), 7.28-7.21 (2H, m), 6.98 (1H, d, J=8.22 Hz), 6.91 (1H, d, J=7.44 Hz), 6.71 (1H, d, J=5.67 Hz), 4.21 (2H, t, J=4.89 Hz), 3.80 (2H, s), 3.77 (3H, s), 3.65 (2H, t, J=4.89 Hz), 3.26 (3H, s). MS (m/z) 592.1 (M+H).
