Starting from the compound 285 and following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 283 (scheme 64, step 4, example 225), title compound 286 was obtained in 36% yield as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 12.45(s, 1H), 11.83(s, 1H), 8.80(s, 1H), 8.13(s, 1H), 7.93(dd, 1H, J1=2.3 Hz, J2=10.9 Hz), 7.55 (t, 1H, J=8.6 Hz), 7.48 (m, 1H), 7.34-7.31(m, 4H), 7.28-7.25(m, 1H), 3.81(s, 2H), 3.08(s, 3H). MS (m/z): 501.0(M+H) (found).
