A solution of 40 (shown in the scheme 7, 600 mg, 1.54 mmol), tert-butyl 3-aminopyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (369 mg, 2.0 mmol) in DCM (15 mL) was stirred overnight at room temperature. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography, eluents EtOAc and EtOAc/MeOH (10:1), to afford the title compound 289 (160mg, 20%) as an off-white solid. MS (m/z): 503.3 (M+H) (found).
