Starting from the compound 177 (scheme 35) and following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 305a, title compound 305c was obtained in 54% yield as a white solid. 1H NMR (d-DMSO) δ (ppm): 11.08(s, 1H), 10.67(s, 1H), 8.66 (d, 1H, J=6.2 Hz), 8.26(s, 1H), 8.21(s, 1H), 7.93(s, 1H), 7.85(dd, 1H, J1=12.9 Hz, J2=2.5 Hz), 7.53(t, 1H, J=8.8 Hz), 7.65(s, 1H), 7.48-7.45(m, 1H), 7.35-7.30(m, 4H), 7.28-7.24(m, 1H), 6.94(d, 1H, J=6.1 Hz), 3.79(s, 3H), 3.75(s, 2H). MS (m/z): 502.1(M+H) (found).
