Reflux a solution of methane sulfonic acid 2-(trans-4-methyl-cyclohexylcarbamoyl)-trans-cyclopropylmethyl ester (Example 11d) (30.0 mg, 0.1 mmol), 1-(3-chloro-phenyl)-piperazine hydrochloride (29.0 mg, 0.13 mmol) triethylamine (0.05 mL, 0.4 mmol) in acetonitrile (5 ml) for 15 h. Concentrate the reaction mixture under vacuum and chromatograph the residue over silica gel to obtain 11.3 mg (28%) of solid, LC/MS, m/z=390 (M+H)+.
