Reaction Steps
(2R,3R)-3-(tert-Butyldimethyl-silanyloxy)-2-hydroxymethyl-2-methylpyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (58B) (269 mg, 0.78 mmol) was stirred in 17% TFA/CH2Cl2 (6 mL) for 30 min. The reaction was concentrated to provide a brown oil (334 mg). LC/MS m/z 246 [M+H]+
