Reaction Steps

The title compound (20 mg, 48%) was prepared analogously to example 1 by coupling of 1-(4-chloro-3-ethoxy-benzyl)piperidin-4-ylamine with isophthalamic acid (Chem. Ber. 1910, 43, 3474). MS: 416.4 (MH+)
