A solution of 20b (1 equiv.) in methanol is passed through an “H-cube” hydrogenator equipped with a 10% Pd on carbon cartridge under 30 bar of hydrogen at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The reaction mixture is concentrated in vacuo and purified directly by HPLC (C-18 column, 5-55% gradient elution, MeCN:H2O) to give the title compound. Theoretical MS 570 (M+1)+
